Export Opportunities and Collaboration in the Textile Hub of Prato

The Prato hub brought together specialists from ACIR Southern Europe and resident companies of the hub to analyze various cooperation mechanisms.
Recently, specialists from the ACIR Southern Europe project office in Milan met with exporting companies from the Prato textile hub to discuss export possibilities to Central Asia. In these meetings, led by ACIR CEO Eduard Gulián, opportunities to create joint projects with companies from that region were also analyzed, and ways of collaboration between Italian and Central Asian companies were explored.
Opportunities in the textile sector between Central Asia and Europe
The meetings at the Prato textile hub were an opportunity to explore new possibilities for export and collaboration between Italian and Central Asian companies. ACIR Southern Europe specialists discussed with exporting companies from the Prato textile hub the best ways to take advantage of the experience and innovation of the Prato textile center in the production of high-quality fabrics.
During these meetings, ACIR also presented the possibilities of collaboration with its partners in the textile sector of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, who are willing to cooperate with European companies interested in joint production, raw material acquisition, or technological exchange between companies.
