Spanish Textile Trade Organization interested in Uzbek textile sector

At a recent meeting between ACIR Southern Europe executives and the Textile Trade, Complements, and Leather Business Organization, several cooperation alternatives were discussed for Spanish companies in Central Asia. The exportable offers of textiles, fabrics, bedding materials, clothing, and other accessories that Uzbek companies offer for export to Europe were presented, highlighting that Uzbekistan’s production has aroused the interest of Spanish importers and other companies interested in Uzbek products.
To improve and increase trade between Spain and Uzbekistan in the textile sector, ACIR and the Textile Trade, Complements, and Leather Business Organization will work together in the coming months, focusing on the following work directions:
Identification of business opportunities for Spanish companies in Central Asia
Business opportunities for Spanish companies in Central Asia, especially in Uzbekistan, will be sought. Potential markets will be identified, and the needs and preferences of local consumers will be studied.
Promotion of Uzbek companies and their products in Spain and other European countries
Uzbek companies and their products will be promoted in Spain and other European countries. The quality and variety of Uzbek products will be made known with the aim of increasing their presence in international markets.
Facilitation of commercial transactions between Spanish and Uzbek companies
Facilitation of commercial transactions between Spanish and Uzbek companies will be provided. Solutions will be sought to overcome trade barriers, and reliable and efficient payment mechanisms will be established.
Development of new collaboration opportunities between Spanish and Uzbek companies
New ways of collaboration between Spanish and Uzbek companies will be explored. Opportunities for cooperation in areas such as research and development, training, and knowledge exchange will be sought.
Organization of events to promote trade between Spain and Uzbekistan in the textile sector
Events will be organized to promote trade between Spain and Uzbekistan in the textile sector. The participation of companies and organizations from both countries will be sought with the aim of promoting dialogue and cooperation among sector players.
