Born in Larache (Morocco) in 1957, he has a university education in law and industry. He began his professional career in the industrial materials manufacturing sector, where he gained experience in management and personnel as head of Organization and Personnel at a multinational industrial company and as an independent consultant in industrial improvements and human resources for over 15 years. He has been linked to ONCE and its Foundation since 1992, holding various positions of responsibility in various business areas of the organization.

Since 2011, he has been the CEO of Fundación ONCE and from 2001 to January 2015, he was the CEO of the Fundosa Group. He is currently also Vice President of the Spanish Business Federation of Associations of Special Employment Centers (FEACEM) and Vice President of ILUNION.
