In the railway sector he has also extensive experience in maintenance and construction of diesel-electric and electric locomotives. Director of Traction Locomotives at ATEINSA, he built the MITSUBISHI 269-200 locomotive for RENFE. He was Project Director and Industrial Coordinator for the Medellín Metro Project (Colombia), Manager of ATEINSA (later GRUPO ALSTOM) in Colombia in consortium with SIEMENS, MAN, DIWIDAG, DE_CONSULT (Germany), EYT (Spain). Commissioned by RENFE to assist in the purchase of equipment for the MABI locomotive in Germany. As Director of TIFSA Railway Vehicles, he carried out the Brest Bottleneck pilot project of the pan-European corridors, at the Belarusian-Polish border. With TALGO, as Eurasian Sales Manager, he established new local companies in Russia and Kazakhstan (TALGO RUS – S. Petersburg, KAZAKH TALGO (later TULPAR) in Almaty. He designed the configuration and location of construction site of TALGO trains in Russia. He supplied 3 TALGO train sets, to Kazakhstan Temir Zholy. He carried out tests on passenger cars and freight wagons with automatic gauge change between Moscow and Saint Petersburg and on a provisional automatic gauge changing facilities installed at the Sherbinka (Russia), respectively. He also carried out tests of a TALGO train set in Kazakhstan and held talks with the President Karimov of Uzbekistan for the introduction of TALGO trains in this country. He was Director of the Design Project for two maintenance workshops for the new ALSTOM electric locomotives for the Azerbaijani Railways (ADY) in Baladjari (Baku) and Gandja in Azerbaijan for INGEROP T3.
In the industrial plant sector, as Director of THYSSEN ELECTRONICA he established the company THYSSEN ROM S.A. (Joint-Venture between THYSSEN ELECTRONICA and RUDOLF OTTO MAEYER (Germany)), of which he was Executive Director. With this company he participated in various projects in the Automotive Industry sector: NISSAN MOTOR IBERICA factory in the Barcelona Zona Franca, NISSAN MOTOR IBERICA Warehouse in El Prat (Barcelona), SEAT factory in the Landaben industrial zone in Pamplona (Spain), etc.

En el sector ferroviario tiene también amplia experiencia en mantenimiento y construcción de locomotoras diesel – eléctricas y eléctricas. D. de Material Motor en ATEINSA, construyó la locomotora MITSUBISHI 269-200 para RENFE. Fue Director de proyecto y Coordinador Industrial para el Proyecto del Metro de Medellín (Colombia), Gerente de ATEINSA (luego GRUPO ALSTOM) en Colombia en consorcio con SIEMENS, MAN, DIWIDAG, DE_CONSULT (Alemania), EYT (España). Comisionado por RENFE para asistirle en la compra de equipos para la locomotora MABI en Alemania. Como D. de Material de TIFSA, llevó a cabo el proyecto piloto Brest Bottleneck de los corredores paneuropeos, en la frontera bielorruso-polaca. En TALGO, como Eurasian Sales Manager, estableció nuevas compañías locales en Rusia y Kazajstán (TALGO RUS – S. Petersburgo, KAZAKH TALGO (Luego TULPAR) en Almaty, diseñó la configuración y del lugar de construcción de trenes TALGO en Rusia. Suministro de 3 trenes TALGO, a Kazakhstan Temir Zholy. Llevó a cabo la prueba de coches de pasajeros y vagones de mercancías con cambio de ancho automático entre Moscú y San Petersburgo y en un cambiador automático provisional instalado en las instalaciones ferroviarias de Sherbinka (Rusia), respectivamente. También llevó a cabo pruebas del tren TALGO en Kazajstán y mantuvo conversaciones con el Presidente Karimov de Uzbekistán para la introducción de trenes TALGO en el país. D. del Proyecto de diseño de dos talleres de mantenimiento de las nuevas locomotoras eléctricas ALSTOM para los FFCC Azeríes (ADY) en Baladjari (Bakú) y Gandja en Azerbaiyán para INGEROP T3.
En el sector de plantas industriales, como D. de THYSSEN ELECTRONICA estableció la compañía THYSSEN ROM S.A. (Joint- Venture entre THYSSEN ELECTRONICA y RUDOLF OTTO MAEYER (Alemania)), de la que fue D. Ejecutivo. Con ella participó en
varios proyectos en el sector de la Industria Automovilística: factoría NISSAN MOTOR IBERICA en la Zona Franca de Barcelona, Almacén de NISSAN MOTOR IBERICA en el Prat (Barcelona), factoría de SEAT en el polígono de Landaben de Pamplona, etc.
