The ACIR Southern Europe project office in Kazakhstan has met with one of the largest food producers in Kazakhstan to discuss key topics for improving the production and export of apple-derived products. During the meeting, expansion of apple processing into juices, purees, and snacks has been discussed in order to meet the growing demand for exports that has been perceived in recent months.
The importance of certification and the search for distributors in Europe have also been discussed. This will enable the producer to continue to grow and improve its products to meet the needs of customers around the world.
In addition, the need to expand existing alfalfa crops and their industrial processing into granules has been discussed. This will improve product quality and expand the offer.
Expansion of Apple Processing
One of the main topics discussed at the meeting was the need to expand apple processing to meet the growing demand for exports. To achieve this goal, consolidation and expansion of apple processing into juices, purees, and snacks using European technologies and equipment have been discussed. ACIR Southern Europe will take care of the technological part of this project by providing specialists, equipment, and communication means. In addition, a financing and insurance strategy will be implemented to attract various European investors.
Certification and Distributor Search in Europe
Another key topic discussed at the meeting was the importance of certification and distributor search in Europe. Certification is an important process that will help us guarantee product quality and customer satisfaction.
Therefore, ACIR will take care of the entire process of product certification through European companies belonging to our product certification project in Central Asia, which offer optimized times for obtaining certificates and various professional training programs for companies.
Expansion of Alfalfa Crops
The need to expand existing alfalfa crops and their industrial processing into granules has also been discussed. This project is part of the initiative of ACIR and its partners in Central Asia to modernize, standardize, and increase the production of alfalfa and its derivatives for the domestic and external markets.
Alfalfa is one of the most important raw materials for food production, and its demand in various markets continues to grow.
Thanks to ACIR’s European partner companies, it is possible to offer technological solutions with partial or complete financing.
