The president of ACIR Southern Europe, Eduard Gulian, has held a meeting with our Italian partners with whom we are implementing various trade and investment projects between Europe and Central Asia. During the meeting, various collaboration topics were addressed, and three main areas stood out: confectionery and sweets, the cosmetic industry, and animal vaccines.
Development in the confectionery and sweets sector
In the realm of confectionery, partners are in the process of implementing strategies to expand the distribution of European products in Central Asia. This effort includes multiple factors, starting with innovation in candy production. New production techniques and technologies are being explored to improve the efficiency and quality of the products.
Additionally, work is being done on creating strategic alliances with local distributors in Central Asia. These partnerships are key to facilitate the entry of European products into new markets and to have the necessary infrastructure for effective distribution.
It is expected that as a result of this collaboration, there will be an increase in the diversity of sweets and confectionery products available in Central Asia. Additionally, the collaboration aims to boost the development of the local industry through the exchange of European knowledge and experiences. Finally, it seeks to diversify the offer in the receiving markets.
Innovation in the cosmetic industry
In the cosmetic sector, ACIR Southern Europe and its Italian partners will seek to introduce new technologies and production practices. Various areas will be explored, from product development to the adoption of more sustainable production practices.
The various cosmetic lines include the production of pharmacy cosmetics, products intended for babies and the elderly, as well as a specific line aimed at skin, body and hair health care.
It is important to note that all mentioned products are prepared with high quality standards. This includes the use of cutting-edge technology in their production processes and strict compliance with health standards.
Advances in the field of animal vaccines
At the request of our partners in Central Asia, we are cooperating in the delivery of European origin animal vaccines. This project is essential to improve the sanitary conditions and welfare of animals in Central Asia. With the introduction of these vaccines, it is expected to improve the health of animals, increase productivity and efficiency on farms and reduce the risks of zoonotic disease outbreaks. Thanks to this collaboration, not only will animal health be strengthened, but local communities will also benefit, improving food security and the economy of the region.
Finally, the possibilities of cooperation in the field of vocational training in this sector are also being studied. The intention is that through this training, the best practices and methodologies from Europe will be shared, thus benefiting the local industry and promoting economic development.
The training areas would include the handling of advanced equipment and technologies, supply chain management, innovation in production and product development, as well as sustainability practices and compliance with international standards.
