With over 15 years of experience, Miguel de la Cruz, originally from Peru, has specialized in electronic marketing, strategic public image, and advice on communication, commercial, and immersion issues related to the Russian and Hispanic worlds.

He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science – Information Technologies from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia and a PhD in Economic Engineering from the same university.

He has served as press and communication officer at the Embassy of Ecuador in the Russian Federation; Chief Advisor to the Minister of the Coordinating Ministry of Public Enterprises of Ecuador; Marketing Manager of the airline “TAME” – Ecuador; Regional Manager of the Ecuadorian-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Marketing Director, MD in Madrid and Regional Director in Central Asia of ACIR Southern Europe.

He has provided services to governmental and private entities in Russia, Spain, Uzbekistan, Ecuador, and Peru.
