He is the creator of the first business incubators within the framework of city programs for the development of a network of fast-food establishments and shopping centers within walking distance. He designed and first applied the methodology of public-private partnership in the implementation of city programs. He is the creator and operator of a unique business platform that unites business unions, industrial associations, development institutions, and chambers of commerce and industry of Spain and Portugal (EU) and member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
He has been engaged in business activities for more than 20 years, 10 of which were in European countries.
