Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, with an International Master’s degree in Event Organization, Protocol, Ceremonial and Institutional Relations from the International School of Protocol. He is a member of the Board of Directors of several companies and has over 10 years of global experience in Government Affairs & Public Policy.

He is an academic of various cultural institutions, such as the Royal Academy of the Sea, the Institute of Historical Studies Bances and Valdés, the Pontifical Academy of Martyr Cultures, the Belgian-Spanish Academy of History, and the Royal Matritense Economic Society. He is also the Vice President of the Confederation of Enterprises and Industries of Italy (CONFASSOCIAZIONI). He is an expert in Global Diplomacy from the University of London, in Defense Affairs from CESEDEN, and in Cyber Crisis Management from the National Cryptologic Center (CCN). He is a registered Expert Consultant with the European Commission and has authored twenty articles.

He has been decorated by the Governments of the Kingdom of Spain, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the United Mexican States, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Italy, and the United States of America for his services.
