New Shipment of European Pharmaceutical Materials to Eurasia

A working meeting was held in Barcelona between the executives of ACIR Southern Europe and partners of one of Europe’s largest pharmaceutical companies to organize a new shipment of medicines to Eurasian (CIS) countries.

The meeting enabled coordination of operational aspects related to deliveries under the existing contract, ensuring structured execution aligned with international regulatory and financial standards.

Operational Coordination and Payment Security

During the meeting, shipment volumes, delivery schedules and additional mechanisms implemented to protect and secure international payments were discussed in detail. As an integral part of the process, ACIR Southern Europe acts as an operational structurer, integrating financial instruments and risk mitigation solutions that ensure stability in transactions between Southern Europe and Central Asia.

This model allows the European pharmaceutical company to maintain a secure and predictable commercial flow while strengthening trust with destination partners.

Logistics Optimization and Regulatory Compliance

The new shipment includes the possibility of accessing the Eurasian market within optimized timeframes thanks to the technical work carried out by ACIR specialists. Securing the relevant permits, validating efficient delivery routes and ensuring compliance with regulations in all participating countries represent a strategic advantage for the project.

Implementation in Destination Markets and Commercial Positioning

ACIR’s local team in Eurasia has already initiated product delivery operations and works in close coordination with the local partner on positioning and marketing campaigns.

Cooperation between the project office in Southern Europe and the operational team in Central Asia ensures comprehensive implementation, from shipment organization to commercial consolidation in the market. The next steps include the gradual expansion of supply volumes and the strengthening of regional distribution, reinforcing a sustainable, structured cooperation model focused on measurable results.
