Housing and Urban Management Projects with FIABCI Italy and Samarkand

During the latest meeting between ACIR Southern Europe and the President of FIABCI Italy, the key parameters of the joint housing construction project in Barcelona were clarified. The initiative aims to implement modern urban planning and sustainability standards, leveraging European experience in housing project development.

They also agreed on the implementation of urban district management standards in Samarkand, a city that has expressed strong interest in adopting European best practices for the administration of residential zones and public spaces.

SENIOR Project for Samarkand

As part of this collaboration, ACIR Southern Europe introduced the urban-architectural SENIOR project, an integrated proposal aimed at transforming specific areas of Samarkand into modern, sustainable, and functional districts. The project is designed to improve residents’ quality of life, attract more visitors, and promote local economic development. It will also include innovative European technologies, efficient public space management, environmental protection, and the use of alternative energy sources. SENIOR offers an adaptable solution that aligns European vision with local needs.
