For this reason, the regional director for Central Asia of ACIR Southern Europe, Miguel de la Cruz Salcedo, along with the chargé d’affaires a.i. of Spain in Uzbekistan, Gonzalo Fournier, visited the region to learn firsthand about its resources and needs.

During their visit, the representatives of ACIR Southern Europe were able to learn about the agro-industrial production centers in the region and the needs for infrastructure, greenhouses, cultivation and preservation technologies, as well as packaging.

During their visit, the representatives of ACIR Southern Europe participated in the sessions of the II Forum of the Light Industry of the Fergana Valley.
