Expansion and logistics optimization in Uzbekistan: progress in negotiations

We have conducted negotiations with a major distribution holding operating in Uzbekistan, managing a portfolio of 2,500 SKUs, a network of 8 branches across the country, and over 20,000 m² of warehouse space. During the meeting, we explored various cooperation opportunities, focusing on expanding European companies’ presence in the Uzbek market.

Innovative solutions for distribution

European companies can contribute advanced solutions in warehouse management, logistics process digitization, and supply chain optimization. Technologies such as warehouse automation, real-time inventory management systems, and traceability solutions can significantly enhance operational efficiency in Uzbekistan.

Market expansion for European businesses

Beyond optimizing logistics, these collaborations allow European companies to expand their presence in a growing market. Strategies were analyzed to introduce new brands and products, as well as financial tools that facilitate operations and adaptation to local regulations.

As a result of the meeting, we agreed to continue negotiations based on our proposals, which the business group will review in the coming days. We continue building commercial bridges between Europe and Central Asia.
