On January 20–21, 2026, Seville will host the Frozen Food Market, a specialized exhibition dedicated to the frozen food industry, bringing together every link of the food value chain—from producers to end consumers.

The event will feature two dedicated days, one focused on industry professionals and the other on buyers, aimed at creating business opportunities, showcasing products, and offering tasting experiences.

Exhibitors will be arranged by product categories, ensuring a practical and well-organized layout: seafood products, ready-made and prepared foods, and other segments will be grouped in clearly defined areas.

The program will include tasting and live demonstration zones, booths for manufacturers, producers, institutions, and service companies, as well as training, exhibition, and tasting areas, with six thematic zones designed for learning and trend discovery.
