Cooperation with technology parks in Uzbekistan

As part of the technology exchange program between Central Asia and Southern Europe, ACIR Southern Europe recently visited the IT Technology Park in Samarqand and the Chirchiq Technology Park in the Tashkent region in Uzbekistan. These technology parks are important centers of innovation and technological development in Uzbekistan, and represent a great opportunity for the development of cooperation between Central Asia and Southern Europe in the technological field.

IT Technology Park in Samarqand

During the visit to the IT Technology Park in Samarqand, ACIR Southern Europe executives were able to firsthand experience the facilities offered by the park to companies and investors. In addition, they had the opportunity to learn about the experience of foreign companies already established in the park and learn about the tools and aids offered for technological development.

The IT Technology Park – Samarqand branch is one of the main technology parks in Uzbekistan, and has established itself as an important center for the development of information and communication technology in Central Asia. The park has a wide range of services and resources for companies and investors, including workspaces, business and financial advice, and training and education programs for the development of technological skills.

Chirchiq Technology Park

At the Chirchiq Technology Park, ACIR Southern Europe executives were also able to learn about the facilities offered by this park to companies and investors. In addition, they had the opportunity to learn about the experience of foreign companies and the tools and aids offered by the park for technological development.

The Chirchiq Technology Park is another important center of innovation and technological development in Uzbekistan. Cooperation agreements reached

After the visit, the following cooperation agreements were reached:

1. Strategic relations between ACIR Southern Europe and the IT Technology Park in Samarqand. This work will be a reference point for European companies wishing to establish themselves in the park, and will help promote collaboration and the exchange of knowledge and experiences between companies in Central Asia and Southern Europe.
2. Joint study for the establishment of a representative office of the Chirchiq Technology Park in Southern Europe. This office will be a reference point for Uzbek companies wishing to establish themselves in Europe, and will help foster collaboration and the exchange of knowledge and experiences between companies in Central Asia and Southern Europe.
3. Promoting collaboration between IT Technology Park companies and companies in Southern Europe. This agreement will allow for the exchange of knowledge and experiences between companies in Uzbekistan and Europe, and will help foster innovation and technological development in both regions.
4. Establishment of an expert exchange program between the Chirchiq Technology Park and companies in Southern Europe.
