On July 14, 2025, a working meeting will be held in Madrid between ACIR Southern Europe and representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Spain to strengthen bilateral ties and advance joint initiatives between Southern Europe and Uzbekistan.

The session will present a new expansion program for European companies interested in the Uzbek market, as well as Partneria, ACIR’s business platform that supports operations in Central Asia.

Key discussions will include pharmaceutical projects focusing on manufacturing, distribution, and technical collaboration.

The agenda will also feature social initiatives, including proposals for adapting buildings for people with disabilities, training programs, and actions aimed at improving employment for this group. These initiatives reflect a shared commitment to inclusive development.

Joint activities for the second half of 2025 will be defined, covering business events, trade fairs, and technical missions.

ACIR Southern Europe specialists will be present to share their experience in implementing trade and investment projects between Southern Europe and Central Asia and will advise participants on building effective and sustainable cooperation.
